Cancellation Policy

For Shamanic Healing Sessions

Shamanic healing sessions involve dedicated preparation and sacred space holding, I request that you respect the following policy regarding cancellations and rescheduling:

• 48-Hour Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please notify me at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made outside this window will receive a full refund or can be rescheduled at no additional cost.

• Late Cancellations: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% late fee.

• No-Shows: Missing an appointment without any notice will result in the forfeiture of the full session fee.

• Emergencies & Acute Illness: I understand that emergencies and illnesses happen. If you wake up sick or experience an unforeseen emergency on the day of your session, please notify me as soon as possible before your start time. In these instances, late fees may be waived on a case-by-case basis.

For Salka Rising Classes

Because Salka Sanctuary is an intimate, small space with limited mats, every spot is incredibly precious. When someone cancels at the last minute or misses a class, it means another person misses the opportunity to practice. Out of respect for Salka Sanctuary and others, I ask that you respect the 4-hour cancellation window:

• Early Cancellations (more than 4 hours' notice): If you need to cancel, please do so at least 4 hours before class begins. Your drop-in fee will be refunded or your class credit will return safely to your account for your next visit.

• Late Cancellations (less than 4 hours' notice): If you cancel within the 4-hour window, your drop-in fee or class credit used for the reservation will be forfeited.

• No-Shows: If you miss class without canceling, your drop-in fee or class credit used for the reservation will be forfeited.

• Emergencies & Acute Illnesses: If you wake up sick or experience an unforeseen emergency on the day of class, please notify me as soon as possible. In these instances, fees may be waived on a case-by-case basis.

• Waitlist: If you are on the waitlist, please keep an eye on your notifications. If your plans change and you can no longer make it, please remove yourself from the waitlist so the next person in line can prepare for class.

• Late arrivals: To protect the energy of the space once class begins, I will lock the door right at the scheduled start time. Please aim to arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in. Late arrivals cannot be let in and will be considered a no-show.
